After the exciting Silver Piston SMC Spain 2025 competition the day before, we enjoyed a day full of inspiration with seven fascinating conferences, a round table with leading companies from different sectors and a visit to our facilities.

Last week, from 27 to 29 March, the Spainskills 2019 championship, the Vocational Training competitions of Spain, took place at the Madrid Trade Fair Center (IFEMA).

On February 19, the Academic / Industrial Journey on Industry 4.0 took place in Bogotá (Colombia). During this journey, some practical activities were made with the SIF-400 system, the training equipment for Industry 4.0.

This month SMC International Training along with the colleagues from SMC Australia will hold two seminars about the new concept of “Industry 4.0”.

Today, September 6th, the XXXVIII Automation Journeys begins. These journeys will take place during the next 3 days at the Conference Hall of Gijón (Spain).

Last week took place the Spainskills 2017 championship, the Vocational Training competitions of Spain, where the PNEUMATE-200 training equipment was used once again in the Automotive Technology profile test.

During the week of January 9, the INNOBUS from SMC, the vehicle dedicated to innovation, visited different training centers and universities from the Basque Country.

The INNOBUS of SMC goes through the north of Spain visiting different vocational training centers and universities related to automation

During the first week of December, the SMC INNOBUS visited different Universities in Andalucía (Spain).

During the last week, from November 9th to 13th, the SMC INNOBUS visited different vocational centers and Polytechnic around Galicia (Spain).

The Automation Journeys XXXVI edition, the event that gathers researchers, teachers and students from different Spanish universities in order to discuss topics related to automation.

Last March took place the opening of the Automotive Vocational Training Center from Catalonia located in Martorell. The center has the support of the Automotive Industry of Catalonia Cluster, which integrates companies such as SEAT, NISSAN, GESTAMP, etc.

From May 5th to 9th took place in Madrid the championship Spainskills 2015, the vocational training competitions from Spain. SMC International Training has participated in these competitions as a partner.

This Friday, November 28, will take place the Regional Championship in Vocational Training, Castilla-La Mancha 2014, in the Automotive Technology profile.

On 26th of August 2014 the SMC Competence Center from the Industrial Production and Telecommuting SENA Regional Cauca (Popayan) Center was inaugurated.

Next week, from September 3rd to 5th, will be held in Valencia (Spain) the XXXV edition of the Automation Journeys CEA 2014.

During the presentation of the professional module “Mechatronic Systems Simulation" in last year’s Innotek, held in TKNIKA in June 2013, was agreed one course. This course was held last week.

On Thursday and Friday, 22nd and 23rd of May, will take place the XI edition of the Competition for Young Automotive Technicians in the Mercedes-Benz Training Centre of Azuqueca de Henares (Madrid-Spain).

From 13th to 16th of May, the Vocational Training Regional Championship “Cantabriaskills 2014” will take place on IES Augusto G. Linares campus, Santander (Spain).

SMC International Training is glad to congratulate the winners of the Regional Vocational Training (VET) Championship of Andalucía, in Industrial Control profile. In this profile competition the MAP-207 didactic equipment was used.

Today, March 18, 2014, begins the III Vocational Training Regional Championship Edition “Andalucíaskills 2014” that will last until next Thursday, March 20. SMC International Training will be as partners to the Industrial Control competition.

As you will see in SMC International Training agenda, the 10th and 11th of September will take place electrical and electronic journeys organized by the Training and Resource Center of Pontevedra (CFR Pontevedra). SMC International Training will collaborate with a seminar on Tuesday 10th - "Regulation and control in automated industrial systems."
